Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 2:00pm to 12:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm CST.

Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their cans are gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you are not out of cans. We ship to all states where hemp derived THC is legal. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Return and Refund Policy

If your purchase was made from Kindcannaco.com and the product received is incorrect, damaged (outside of the carrier), or missing from the order, you may be entitled to a refund if info@kindcannaco.com is notified within 10 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue. Returns or exchanges will not be reviewed if contact isn’t received within 10 days from when the order was delivered.

If you purchased one of our Kind Canna Co products at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the return/refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.

Kind Canna Co retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Kind Canna Co also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

While Kind Canna Co stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.

Order processing, Delivery method and Timing

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in Illinois. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. When tracking your shipment, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking to update. If you have questions about your order or shipping, please email us at info@kindcannaco.com.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We try our best to get out as many packages as possible, even if that means running to the Post Office or FedEx to drop off your package after their scheduled pick up. Due to the high volume of orders, after your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your package to be shipped. Please note the day your order has been shipped, does not count as the 1st business day of shipping. For example, if your order shipped on Tuesday, the 20th for USPS Priority Mail, the 20th does not count as the first shipping day, but the 21st does.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive it, please email us at info@kindcannaco.com and we will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

You may choose to upgrade your shipping to a faster method of your choice at an additional cost. Please notify us immediately before your order is shipped out. Please email at Kindcannaco.com and tell us your order number and preferred shipping method with your credit card ready.

USPS First Class: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.

USPS Priority Mail: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 1-3 business days according to their website.

FedEx SmartPost: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2-7 business days according to their website.

FedEx Express Saver: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 3 business days according to their website.

FedEx 2 day: Domestic packages usually arrive within the end of 2 business days according to their website.

FedEx Standard Overnight: FedEx is committed to deliver the next day before the end of the business day, according to their website.
Please note FedEx does not offer weekend delivery through our system. This means if you placed an order on Friday for overnight, it will not be delivered until Monday.
If your preferred shipping address is a P.O. Box, please be sure to pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method!

The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Employer agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
